The National Community Leadership Institute (NACLI) focuses on training for the People's Association (PA) staff and community leaders. It also conducts courses for the schools, ministries, statutory boards, commercial, social, civic and community development organisations.

The learning opportunities are aimed at developing leadership potential, enhancing organisational effectiveness and building community heartware. A spectrum of training approaches used includes creative, fun and experiential learning with low element adventure and learning organisation tools and concepts.
