with a rustic and resort-like ambience, it is an ideal place for training and retreats.

In 2002, NACLI has undergone a major upgrading of its campus. The upgraded campus features a fully-equipped 300-seater auditorium, an air-conditioned dining hall, accommodation facilities for up to 160 persons, and over 20 training rooms with a total training capacity of about 1,200 participants. The Institute's facade and landscaping have also been enhanced based on the theme of "People in Harmony with Nature".

Newly opened on 4th October 2003, the Grassroots Heritage Centre is set up by NACLI as part of the PA's long term National Education efforts for its staff and grassroots leaders.
